Whether you require a custom wiring harness to be manufactured or an existing one repaired or replicated we can help.
For custom wiring harnesses there are two options.
If a replacement harness is required for your machine we can manufacture a replica of your existing harness given you supply us with the original that we will the use as a template.
For new machines where substandard wiring protection methods are used (such as split conduit) the cheapest alternative is to simply remove the genuine harness from the machine where we will then replace the original sleeving with a braided high temperature nylon yarn with high abrasion and chemical resistance properties.
This will ensure a greater life span out of you original harness without the cost of manufacturing a new harness from scratch.
